Getting sleep when you want to at a festival is easier said than done. Outside forces like the sun and loud noises create nightmarish sleeping conditions. Thankfully, there are two things you can do to give yourself the dark and quiet sleeping conditions you’re used to.
Make sure to bring a sleeping mask and earplugs with you so you can control your sleeping environment. Headphones paired with a white noise track on your phone can make a solid alternative if the earplugs don’t block out enough of the noise. Sleeping pills also become very useful when you need to sleep but your body just won't do it.
